Interview with one of our loyal customers: A.M, a long-standing loyal customer of Securitas Direct in Lausanne.

Since 1997, when we purchased our house. We repainted and took the opportunity to install the system's cables.

An acquaintance, plus it was a time when problems were increasing more and more. It's sad that one has to take such precautions.

In 25 years, apart from those incidents that could be prevented through deterrence, there were two break-ins. Both times, the system scared off the burglars. They didn't have time to steal much or wreak havoc.

We've kept up with the developments. When we heard about solutions for fire and water damage, we were immediately interested. And indeed, our experience has shown that these solutions are relevant for us too.

We had a flood in the basement, and the alarm went off. We were able to close the valve that wasn't functioning properly anymore. The water was already two centimeters high, but we were able to prevent more extensive damage. It happened at two in the morning; without the alarm, we wouldn't have noticed anything.
